At Snap Skin, we work with Shiprocket and its network of courier partners to deliver your order safely and on time.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner assigned. Remote or Tier 2/Tier 3 locations may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges
Free delivery on orders above ₹599. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status anytime using our Track Your Order page.

Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet our estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier scheduling, weather conditions, regional disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Undelivered Packages
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier partner will make additional attempts before the package is returned to us. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays.
