Terms of service

By placing an order with Snap Skin, you agree to the following terms:

Custom-Made Products

All Snap Skin products are made to order based on the customization and phone model selected by the customer.

Phone Model Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct phone model before placing an order.

If a wrong phone model is selected:

• A correction fee of ₹299 will be charged to change the model.
• If the correction fee is not paid, the order will be produced and shipped exactly as originally placed.

Snap Skin shall not be responsible for incompatibility caused by incorrect model selection.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed.

After 1 hour:

• Orders become non-cancellable.
• Production planning begins.
• No cancellation or refund requests will be accepted.

Limitation of Liability

Snap Skin shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, operational disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
